• Recognized deficiency in the design process and solicited full support from upper management to manage the efficiency and communication of design-construction integration.
• Independently completed 40+ design changes; coordinated with the owner and design subcontractor to oversee 200+ design packages and changes.Prior to switching to design-construction integration:
• Managed civil subcontractors, including drafting and submitting subcontracts.
• Coordinated with subcontractors and Clark superintendents to resolve contract/field disputes and mitigate scheduling conflicts in order to achieve baseline milestones within projected time frame.
• Managed costs and budgets of labor and materials for subcontractor and self-perform work.

• Managed and coordinated with designer on development of design packages for mining shaft’s liner walls, internal structures, and cover for the First Street Tunnel.
• Created and negotiated owner’s request for proposal for additional works necessary for project’s ultimate completion, valued at $7 million.
• Prepared and submitted Requests for Information (RFIs) to designer and owner to recognize and resolve conflicts between the field and the plans.
• Provided Quality Control as an owner-approved QC Representative.
• Planned and executed construction work plans for rebuilding of wharf at base of Pier 5.
