Managed the day to day operation of a limited service Marriott hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. Duties included managing the front office, housekeeping, accounting, maintenence and F&B departments. Using cost controls I managed to keep expenses under budget while exceeding the hotels projected monthly/yearly revenue forecast. Worked closely with our corporate operations and accounting managers to review and analyze the monthly P&L report explaining all variations, profits or discrepancies.
