Our core technology is a comprehensive AI/ML platform, providing a runtime environment, which will allow our customers to rapidly design, develop, and deploy AI applications.

Blockchain and AI/ML

Here, I manage a cross-functional IT team as the head of IT and product for an integrative telemedicine platform for children. The majority of technical work is building out the EMR for the telemedicine platform and third-party integrations with it. I drive platform architecture design and development integrating proprietary algorithms. As the head of the IT team, I act as a key mentor, trainer, and leader.

Founded and lead a consulting organization that specializes in software development for digital health and life sciences companies. Our company provides fractional CTO roles for either startups or companies in transition. Our projects range from data science, machine learning, mobile & web application developing platform and application solutions for a wide array of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. As a key leader here, I manage all aspects of client projects from concept to completion, including cross-functional team leadership for iOS mobile/web application development and data analytics. I drive product development strategies, feature design, and operations management. I design road maps, integrate customer feedback, and analyze key data to drive strategic planning. During my time here so far, I have effectively acquired and led projects for 12 different digital health companies, including a major big data project for UnitedHealth Group. Additionally, we completed a data integration project for Sungard Availability Services, a multimillion-dollar project.

Lectured on entrepreneurialism, blockchain, and IoT

I spearheaded all aspects of product development for IoT management and wearable leveraging distributed ledgers. I oversaw global cross-functional technology teams in charge of building a blockchain platform, manage product development for IoT devices, and lead daily operations in support of web, mobile, and blockchain application development. Moreover, I ensured integration of customer feedback throughout every stage of product development, establish product strategies in line with company vision, and proactively solve problems. During my time here, I had successfully developed and managed roadmap for large scale industrial IoT platforms.

Here, I founded and guided the development and launch of a mobile application improving online sales process for consumer-to-consumer transactions. I spearheaded product design, development, and marketing strategies to create and grow an innovative solution. I designed and architected solution. Built a small team to build the mobile video selling app for iOS. This was deployed on the App Store.

Here, I was specially recruited to manage a cross-functional IT team as a key project leader for a regenerative medicine health wellness platform from concept to launch. I drove platform architecture design and development integrating proprietary algorithms, managed the transformation of a digital health platform, and designed components such as military-grade security. I oversaw IT team members as a key mentor, trainer, and leader. Managed the recruiting and growth of a development team, including onboarding of 12 new team members.

At AdsYolo, I recruited to establish and lead the development of a new global trading platform for Bell Labs to improve mobile advertising platform transactions in an international space. I established a team of four developers and guided platform development, including component and feature design and daily operations management. I drove a team responsible for building a programmatic auction styled mobile advertising exchange, which provided Western demand (US & Europe) into China’s small to large advertising supply exchanges such as Tencent.

In this role, I spearheaded design and development of new cloud-based SaaS ecommerce platform in preparation of a divestiture. I oversaw multinational development teams of 20 with oversight of new platform development on Microsoft Azure. I managed projects and UI/UX design, technical troubleshooting, and product testing/quality assurance.
