Private Events & Tournament Director
Current• Market food and beverage services to potential clients and club members while creating a working relationship by conducting cold calls and sales visits• Conduct client meetings and food tastings along with creating Banquet Event Orders for events and charity golf outings. Pay close attention to client details & specific needs by working closely with clients to create a special, one of a kind event for the individual client• Contact tournament directors holding tournaments at Brookstone to plan events in regards to food and beverage preparation, golf course setup and day of event details• Work closely with the executive chef and food and beverage director to insure menu satisfaction as well as correct pricing to insure correct cost of sales comparison• Create employee front of the house schedule and manage at a minimum 8 staff members on a daily basis • Manage member only website and facebook page on a daily basis• Create member only monthly newsletter and event flyers• Participate in Bridal Expos with over two thousand attendees. Conduct and host Bridal Show Open Houses on property by inviting vendors and brides to attend. • Plan Member Events such as weekend long Men’s Golf Association Tournaments, Member for a Days, Pool Parties, Wine Dinners, Family Brunches, Family Holiday parties and dinners, New Year’s Eve Celebrations• Create and enhance overall club revenue while focusing on contributing to the team and organizational growth as a whole
