Excellent professors, whether they are aware or not, it is all the people I know, and learn from. It is a journey of discovery and teaches empathy, ability to listen, care, love and understand. I am a proud member of the National Ski Patrol. As the hill captain on weekends, I am responsible to work with the mountain management to assure the safety of our patrons. We provide assistance of all types, from on mountain safety, to emergency rescue. Our patrol is highly trained, all of us with EMT /OEC certifications. This year I received my instructors certification. The NSP has taught me a tremendous amount, and I am honored to serve in this volunteer organization.

I am the area manager for Spokane WA and the Inland Northwest division, as well as the St Louis Missouri region for Buyers Protection Group. We provide the most comprehensive coverage for home buyers and sellers, thru our exceptional home warranty service contracts. I have been in the real estate business for almost 20 years now and love it. I have represented and taught home warranty information and contracts for the last 12 + years, and am a seasoned expert! My personal focus is to provide the agents and clients with the products and service they need to be successful. Understanding the transaction thru my experience is key.
