Our Gin, Listoke 1777, is a premium gin made with 9 botanicals and a family history of gin making since 1777.Our Gin School allows each individual "invent" their own specific gin, distil it on site, bottle, seal label and bring it home. A gin experience to be remembered.

Came up with the concept of a potato distillery - to be the first in Ireland.Developed the concept into a fully kitted out distillery as well as developing a brand - Mad March Hare, to export potato Poitín worldwide

We came up with the concept, developed the Brand and developed the product. Opening the category, we were on shelf within 6 months.

I set up the business moving from a small rented Enterprise unit in the SPADE Enterprise Centre, to a rented unit in Balbriggan before moving to our state of the art manufacturing facility in Drogheda.We produced a range of jams, sauces and Christmas fayre. Following the sale of The Real Irish Food Company to the Jacob Fruitfield Food Group in 2005, I remained on heading up the Speciality Foods department in Jacobs. During this time I was involved in the development of a number of ranges of product from jams to ketchup to biscuits and more!I left in 2011 to go out on my own working with a range of food companies.
