• Responsible for overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes in a production area and attending daily production meetings. • Oversee scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting should problems arise.• Communicating to the team job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.• Involved in the recruitment process of new team members.• Updating training records and performance reviews on eQMS.• Raising a deviation and participating in CAPA’s, raising change requests for updates to MBR’s and other processes within manufacturing.• Support and liaise with all departments including QA, QC, TQ, H&S Engineering and Warehousing on a daily basis.• Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvements and strive for RFT and OTIF though all activities.• Knowledge of Tropos, Live link and eQMS quality systems.• Conducted customer tours of the facility, explaining how the operation and equipment worked.
