- The Business Support Systems department at BauWatch ensures and facilitates the run of all software applications that are used on a group level (ex. SAPbyDesign, Salesforce/cloud etc). The department maintains licenses, describes and implements the correct processes, trains employees in the correct use of the applications and runs a helpdesk. Besides that were are responsible for the continuous improvement processes related to the applications and business processes; - Responsible for team leadership, identification of opportunities, continuous improvement, budget and supervision of daily operations;

- Responsible for the implementation of SAPbyDesign and Salesforce in all existing BauWatch businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and the UK and in new greenfields across Europe (Spain, Italy, Austria and Poland); - Responsible for Stakeholder management (Steerco, managing directors etc) and communication;- Responsible for Program budget;- Coordination of PMO and supplier project managers.

- Responsible for developing an online English course for the Brazilian consumer market. - Development of the company website and the teaching platform.

I became an entrepeneur in Brazil after coming back from Colombia. I wanted to help business owners grow their business. I started working with a Dutch business owner who was looking for new ideas and together we developed a new business model for selling food supplements. I went to the Netherlands to set up that company - Allfit.nl BV.

• Responsible for setting up Canpack´s international business in the Free Trade Zone in Tocancipá, Colombia (building the administrative organization); • Responsible for representing the company in its contacts with Federal, State and Municipal authorities and for developing and maintaining contacts with these institutions and other potential private partners; • Management of all departments (Operational, Financial, HR, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and IT) during the project phase; • I worked closely together with the international investment team to minimize and tackle any and all obstacles during the building process with a special focus on acquiring energy, water and natural gas so operations would start on-time; • I managed regulatory issues regarding our industrial activities (operations license, chemical license, environmental license); • I gave support to the international installation team during the installation of the machinery and the start-up of the factory;• Development of new projects aimed at reducing operational costs.

• Reponsible for setting up Canpack´s international business in Itumbiara (building of the administrative organization), situated in the Brazilian State of Goiás;• Responsible for representing the company in its contacts with Federal, State and Municipal authorities and to develop and maintain contacts with these institutions and other potential private partners and stakeholders; • In this capacity I´ve successfully negotiated and purchased the land to build the factory; • Participation in the negotiations to acquire fiscal benefits from the State of Goiás (SEFAZ); • I worked closely together with our investment team to minimize and tackle any and all obstacles during the building process; • Management of all regulatory subjects with regard to the building and industrial activities, making sure that all permits and licenses (operations licence, chemical license, environmental licence) were in place at the right time. • Responsible for acquiring water and energy for the plant (we had to build a 5 km pipeline for water and constructed a completely new electricity transmission line from the substation to the factory); • Working closely with HR firms preparing the ground for all factory hirings; • I gave support to the international installation team during the installation of the machinery and the start-up of the factory; • Development of new projects that aimed at reducing operational costs.

• Responsible for coordinating all submission processes for medical devices and all other interactions with the Brazilian Health Authority Anvisa, making sure that all our product registrations were kept updated and all technical changes (validation, results of clinical trials, changes in design, inclusion of new commercial models etc) were submitted to the regulatory authority; • Coordinate with our international suppliers to obtain GMP´s from Anvisa and accompany these inspections on-site and in Brazil. • Responsible for all contacts with our international suppliers - from negotiating contracts to the ordering of new products - , for new business development, for the acquisition of new medical products and for the administrative processes that dealt with the import of medical products. • Responsible for the organization of international technical visits and trainings for our Distributors and Medical doctors to China and other countries.

• Responsible for all educational processes (student enrollment, teaching, training teachers in methodology) at two schools with over 400 students; • Teaching English as a 2nd language to groups and private students.

At Rekkof I was reponsible for building the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) unit in Anápolis, in the Brazilian state of Goiás. That unit would perform maintenance of the Brazilian fleet of Fokker airplanes and build a new type of airplane for Fokker. I participated in getting fiscal incentives from the state of Goiás and build a relevant network of local stakeholders. Unfortunately, the project was cancelled after financial irregularities were discovered with regard to the company.

I taught English to advanced students (groups) and Business English to private students.

JCB Producties produced audio visual productions for companies and Dutch commercial and public broadcasting companies. I was directly involved at selling these products to existing clients and for developing new business. I oversaw the production of tv programs and directly managed up to 20 editors and producers. I implemented a CRM system and improved workflows and processes in all departments. I was responsible for budgetting, contract negotiations and hiring of staff. I brought an average 20% yearly increase in invoicing to the company.

KTV provided translation and interpretation solutions for companies and governemental institutions in all necessary languages. I was one of the founders of the company and I wrote and implemented the Business Plan for this start up. I hired 3 fulltime employees and 150 freelance translators and interpreters. I developed the necessary administrative infrastructure and started the development of a new software program aimed at planning freelance interpreters; I maintained contact with potential clients, and departments of the government. After 4 months I handed over my tasks to a successor since I was also running a second business.

Talent Talen is a language Institute with a focus on business-to-business language trainings and translations to and from all major languages. When I was director of the company we attracted big clients, like Danone, ABN-AMRO, DHL and Erasmus University as well as several government departments. At the time we maintained a database of around 100 trained linguists (native speakers) that worked as translators. I managed our staff and together we executed the training and translation projects.

Producing and directing reports on current affairs, with special attention to Israel and the Middle East.

I produced national and international new stories.

I taught these subject to undergraduate students.

Final editor of monthly newspaper with news and background reports on Israel and the Middle East as well as a Magazine on Biblical subjects.
