Bronson currently works at Hawkins Companies, a commercial real estate development company, located in Boise Idaho. As a leasing manager Bronson has been given the responsibility of managing, marketing and overseeing the sales and leasing of nearly 1 million sf. worth of commercial development ranging from large power centers, to stand alone pad buildings. Additionally, Bronson has been assigned to manage the leasing and/or sale of over 40 acres worth bare ground properties. In his time with Hawkins Companies Bronson has managed and executed over 35 lease or sale transactions ranging from deals with the likes of Big Lots, TJ Maxx, Staples, Famous Footwear, Planet Fitness, Smashburger, Massage Envy, Starbucks and Harbor Freight down to small local shop tenants. In just under five years with the company, Bronson has been responsible for deals generating over $5.4 million dollars worth of annual income or around $80 million worth of value for Hawkins Companies. Bronson graduated from BYU-Idaho with a 3.9 overall GPA, graduating with a bachelors degree in business management and an emphasis in Finance. Bronson did this while running his own landscaping company which allowed him to graduate debt free. While at BYU-Idaho Bronson participated in the IBC program where students develop a business idea, create the business and then run it for a semester. It gave him experience creating, running and being part of the management of a business. Bronson also participated in the planning of Guitars Unplugged which is the largest student run event of the year, many intramural sports both participating in the events themselves but also in the planning and execution of the events on the management side.Bronson enjoys camping, fishing, biking, and anything sports and family related in his past time.
