Installed the Allen Bradley PLC, worked with Allen Bradley Engineer on tie in, and testing of I/O inputs, program integrity and startup.

Citgo - Job responsibilities included troubleshooting loop failures and calibration errors from Honeywell, Rosemont field instruments to Rosemount DCS. Performed loop walk downs and P&ID updates on 4 operating gas fired furnace boiler units. Also performed Logic and instrument troubleshooting on Westinghouse Compressor using Westinghouse DCS. Conoco ­ Brought in to help on study to evaluate automation upgrade and expansions options for an existing Boiler Feed and Bag House control system. The new project control system was designated to be Moore Process Suite DCS (APACS + Vision). Responsibilities include development of the control system scope of work, system architecture, estimate and proposal.

Tested electrical Fault Relays in Switchgear and Power Distribution Breakers. Performed maintenance and testing on GE, Westinghouse, Allen Bradley, Siemens Switchgear and Breakers including repair, rewiring and assembly.
