CurrentOperational• Managing the co-ordination of logistics resources to fulfil customer orders and execute the scheduling and delivery of loads.• End to end accountability for the scheduling and execution of orders and deliveries.• Building and delivering a schedule for efficient planning of DC, packing, storage, transport and third-party resources and the execution thereof within agreed tolerances.• Working with Kotahi to ensure vessel assignment to meet the plan and schedule with minimum rework.• Delivering resource requirements to Coda and DC’s to enable efficient execution of the schedule.• Responsible for perfect order execution, removing roadblocks, allocating vessels, ensuring stock is available (inventory management), capturing value-added services, booking equipment and transport and raising transfer orders for DC’s to pack.• Managing rework and recovery plans for exceptions and issues that arise in the plan or the network.Food Safety and Quality Accountabilities• Adhere and comply to all aspects of Fonterra’s food quality systems, policies and processes.
