My Name is Bronson Winter I am a Student-Athlete at weber state University. When I was in High school my dad told me if I were to work hard in my running and strive to get a Scholarship no matter how big he said that he will provide for my gas and dates in high school. So I took that personally and I worked my butt off in running. I was able to accomplish a lot in my high school career. To name a few of my achievements I became a 2 time 6A champion. In the Mile and in Cross country. I also made it to a National Level Cross country race called Footlocker that only 40 of the top Cross country runners made it to and become and All-American that year. I worked very hard in running to be able to provide for my current situation and future situation. I worked hard enough to get a Full-Ride at weber state and continue my training and hard work at such a Elite level. All while doing these things in college I have been maintaining a Part-Time job a shoe store which I enjoy and love working for. I enjoy seeing peoples problems and helping them solve them. I have been and am still learning to shut up and listen and provide the best experience and solution to the people I am helping. Probably my Biggest weakness when it comes down to selling and providing comfort to people is that I care to much and that I take my time to explain all the bad and good that multiple shoes offer to them instead of just sharing the good and making a good sale. I care far more for a Customer experience than a sale. Most of the time I can create a connection and a loyal customer from that experience whether they found what they wanted or not. Finishing off my college education I will graduate in the Spring of 2024 with a Bachelors in Professional Sales and Management. I love selling and providing for peoples needs and seeing the relief on there face when they finally found what they were looking for. I am great with people, I work very hard to get the job done the best way, I always give a hundred percent in selling and in the workplace to get the most out of each experience and encounter with people and co-workers. Still a working in progress skill but technology I am learning to master and help provide in that area of sales and Management.
