Over 2 years, lead 120 soldier Signal Company with over 20 million dollars of Equipment from under-performing to exceeding in all areas measured in Army Operational Readiness Standards, including Equipment Readiness, Training Readiness, Logistics and Physical Security. C. Co. 136th ESB became a fully trained and functioning Signal Company, prepared to Deploy in response to overseas conflict or domestic response.

Second in command of the 36th Infantry Division Signal Company which is comprised of 195 Soldiers, NCO's and Officers. Coordinates maintenance support for organic equipment in the signal company and maintains oversight on the status of all logistical and maintenance matters within the company.

Building on my enterprise IT and diverse military communications experience, I worked with a cross functional team to plan all IT Infrastructure changes in Southern Iraq ensuring the Division Headquarters maintained constant Command and Control of the operational environment. While managing all IT projects impacting the US Consulate General Basrah, I became the technology requirements liaison between this US Consulate and the US Division South Headquarters.Additionally, I audited the Communications plans for the Operation Lions Leap Exercise between the Joint-Military Forces of the US and Iraq. Prior to deploying, I planned the transition of automation systems supporting the 36th Infantry Division from Austin, TX to its active wartime command in Basrah, Iraq.

These Bids had an average revenue growth of 10x as a direct result of the rebuilt Abatix.com, E-Procurement, and B2B Customer Integration capabilities. Manage the Web Presence of Abatix Corp. Develop Data-Centric Web Strategy focusing on the Sales Funnels that touch Abatix Online Experience.Improve the buying experience of both current customers and new customers on Abatix.com.

Built an Integrated Marketing Platform. Created data centered accountability for all marketing efforts, increasing average ROI on marketing by over 200%. Employed new predictive analytics technologies identifying the most successful upsells for that particular combination of items in the shopping cart. Reduced Shopping Cart Abandonment by over 50%. While on this team, I provided systems support, administration, and systems analysis for Document Management Systems, Secure Messaging Systems, and Business Workflow Systems in the financial services industry. During this time I developed java code utilizing the Websphere Application Development platform, and worked closely with business users and managers to compile technical requirements for use by developers on multiple projects. The systems administered included applications hosted on both Linux and Microsoft based servers. Another primary responsibility was designing and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics for Business Intelligence Systems. After developing both business systems and management dashboards we developed training classes and then trained the business managers and users on the best use for the tools.The teams that implemented these tools realized a 50% increase in productivity.
