I answer the phones of costumers calling in to order a dumpster or have their dumpster picked up, I run the credit cards of the people paying with credit cards for that day, I also enter in invoices of the people who paid with credit cards once in the drivers get back with them. I also update the dumpster inventory list each morning so we known where all of our dumpsters are.

I enter in their the inventory parts when they receive them and I enter them in Quickbooks and when they receive the bills for the parts come in I go in and enter the bills in Quickbooks

Helped with preparing for Relay For Life events and did things around the office like making invites, working in excel, word, and publisher. Calling donors for in kind donation or money donation.
