Working within the Lands & Minerals sector, on the Business Management Services and Data Base team, I am providing administrative assistance to our Occupational Health and Safety team in completing their daily, quarterly, and yearly tasks. I communicate regularly with our clients to organize training for roughly 1200 employees a year; I assist our clients in finding information on departmental directives and working procedures; I produce quarterly reports that reflect the amount of training employees received, the amount of hazardous incidents that took place, and summarize the statistics of our workplace health and safety committees. I also regulate our dosimeter program and am the secretariat of multiple committees. As volunteer work at Natural Resources Canada, I dedicate some of my time to being an Event Coordinator for the GCWCC charitable campaign where I organize logistics, collect donations, and speak regularly with external suppliers.
