As a Learning Support Assistant at Prenton High School, I provide academic and emotional support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). I collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualized learning plans and monitor the progress and well-being of the students. I am passionate about helping students overcome their challenges and achieve their potential.I have a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management from Reaseheath College, where I gained practical and theoretical knowledge of animal care, welfare, and behaviour. I also have over seven years of experience in customer service, working as a Human Resources Management Trainee at Faye Hammond Consultancy and a Front of House at Greene King. I developed strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, contracts, communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork. I am eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in my career.
