Bronwen Wright AACPA MPS MPharm BSc(BioSc): I'm an experienced and credentialed consultant pharmacist who is passionate about optimising the health outcomes of individuals through high quality research, delivery of education and professional services. My breadth of experience is seen through my continued dedication to working in aged care, academia, general practice, hospital and community pharmacy (both within Australia and the UK). Career highlights include engagement as a consultant pharmacist with Dementia Training Australia for over six years, developing national educational resources and training, leading evidence-informed quality improvement activities and educating multidisciplinary aged care teams; with the aim to minimise inappropriate medication use for people living with dementia. As a coinvestigator and analyst in research at the University of Western Australia and Curtin University, the projects that I've been involved with include: dementia care, polypharmacy and de-prescribing, interactive simulated education development, and preventing Family and Domestic Violence and Abuse through the provision of professional pharmacy services.
