Both Inghams Enterprises and Disability Macarthur, Management assigned me with a challenging initiative to review the accounting processes and provide recommendations on how to save time and money.Outcome: I met with all relevant internal stakeholders to understand the current processes, which helped define the problems and inefficiencies. Due to my passion and attention to detail, I managed to reduce the hours of the accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation. With Disability Macarthur I requested for more work, enabling me to take on Personal Assistant to our CEO and coordinator roles for small and large fundraising events across the organisation. With Inghams Enterprises I also requested for more work, which enabled me to Coordinated NSW Claims Department, overseeing approx 500 Claims weekly.I do have extensive experience in all areas of Accounts Payable & Receivable. I am now looking for a new Challenge in my next role in areas of, Personal Assistant, Administration Coordination, Supervisor to Accounts Payable / Receivable. I would love to have variety in my career, and I enjoy new Challenges.
