• Investment selection, accounting & admin duties including P&L and cashflow management, preparing quarterly BAS tax reports and to keep current and implement the strategic plan and annual business plan.• Liaise with key stakeholders including land surveyors and engineers, head builder & associated trades• Projects include 7 and 5 Lot subdivisions, housing developments of 2 Lots/2 townhouses and Rural Land Planning Permit Approval – encompassing a Bushfire Management Statement and response to Environmental Significance Overlay & Vegetation Protection Overlay

• Develop the design and specification of the Retail and Community Bank branches across the network• CAD documentation, customer brief development, new product sourcing and implementation • Undertake the concept, design development, tender, construction documentation functions• Develop standard drawings and specification details and maintain the currency of the CAD template file• Coordinate the design and documentation process and systems for the PDD team• Collaborate with the various bank boards, staff, project manager and key stakeholders to deliver the programs • Develop the visual and creative direction for the branch network• Accommodate the changing retail branch environments and create innovative and effective concepts• Well developed knowledge of current building regulations, Australian Standards and codes of practice

• Develop the design and specification for residential and commercial projects for multiple customers and industries • Manage the schematic design through to construction including town planning and Heritage Victoria approvals• Liaise with key stakeholders including engineers, building surveyors, quantity surveyors and site managers• Project management including documentation, administration, budget reconciliation and cashflow management • Relationship management of customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Develop, manage and implement the strategic plan and annual business plan for M & B• Product and merchandise selection, procurement, stock control and quality management• Manage the P&L, stock register, bookkeeping, payroll and administration duties• Manage and negotiated an affordable and reliable lease and maintenance agreement • Train, lead & manage a team of retail staff to deliver customer service level and sales targets for the business
