I am a former elite athlete I have the background and experience of sport, and fitness from an athletes perspective including empathy and understanding of career ending injuries. I am motivated to work towards helping young athletes reach peak performance with modern methods while aiding in preventing injuries which become debilitating in later life.I have had success coaching individual athletes to success at both National (Powerlifting) and World championships.As a rural coach access to gaining further experience coaching in a high performance team setting is limited,, to further my experience I am looking for opportunities to learn in an assistant role or as part of a placement as I finish my sport and exercise science degree. As a neurodiverse parent of neurodiverse kids I am comfortable coaching within the neurodiverse population segment and would welcome the opportunity to offer sport or fitness coaching in this sector.
