Community Cohesion is an NGO that addresses the causes of societal dysfunction, not the symptoms thereof. We have a dual model: personal development training across a variety of disciplines and providing professional counselling services to the communities where we train. We have been doing this kind of work for 8 years as a Voluntary Organisation and in November 2011 we registered ourselves as an NGO.

Responsible for full general management function; ensuring the efficient management and financial health of company.Responsible for liaising with Public Sector Departmental Roleplayers - South Africa and Namibia. Responsible for researching, scriptwriting, production and editing of programmes.Responsible for all media liaisons and drafting of speeches, interview commentary, press alerts and communications productsResponsible for client data management and preparation of management reports related to client data.Facilitate and coordinate exhibitions, functions and other events.Responsible for the management of employees, including employee career advancement guidance.Implement sales and marketing strategies to retain existing clients and attain new client accounts.Responsible for the training and coaching of staff.
