Bronwyn has worked within the commercial law sector for over 12 years, with experience in large outsourcing transactions, most specifically in the technology industry, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions. Her practice focuses on the reviewing, drafting and vetting of a range of contractual agreements, facilitating all aspects of the RFP process, including the evaluation of supplier responses, negotiating and managing her client’s exposure to risk, and supporting the production of the required contracts to execution. Her outsourcing experience includes the management and negotiation of a large network and telephony deal, negotiating the contractual framework for a global fishing company for the procurement of information technology services within the client’s SAP environment, supporting a not-for-profit UK company established by participants in the UK telecoms industry to facilitate their compliance with regulatory obligations, the conclusion of a catering contract for a global airline as well as putting in place the required legal framework for a client’s multinational contact centre. Prior to moving her focus to large outsourcing deals, Bronwyn was responsible for managing one of Lighthouse’s principal clients and its managed legal services solution, having developed a strong relationship with the client over several years and spending time within the client’s business in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business drivers. Bronwyn has developed a range of precedent bases for various clients and has a special interest in tailoring templates to be specific to her client’s needs. She also enjoys project managing larger deals to conclusion and has an interest in the development of tools for tracking progress and actions required in order to drive the process forward as efficiently as possible. Bronwyn has recently taken on the role of General Counsel for Lighthouse Law where she manages the legal function of the firm, providing strategic legal advice and managing the firm’s exposure to risk.
