Funny story: I grew up being told I had a wild imagination, was way too sensitive and that I should stop fighting everyone else's battles! As a result of this, my work for the last 30+ years has been all about using my imagination, applying sensitivity and drawing on a deep sense of social justice to help people feel safe again. Diagnosed with an auto immune dis-ease in 2014, I’ve learned to change my own belief systems by doing exactly what I teach my clients to do. It’s so good to finally be able to say that most days I am the change I want to see in the world and the days that I’m not, I withdraw, rest, reflect and reset.
