I expanded the suite of widely-read publications about investment trends and benchmarks by establishing and improving organizational processes, quantitative methodologies, and data sources. The AIC’s revenues increased by 5% from my efforts to rebuild the revenue model and lead the design and implementation of its sales strategy. Additionally, I was responsible for generating cost efficiencies equal to 1 FTE (on 3-person team) by outsourcing quarterly report production to global BPO.
