Managed an active case load of 100 adults living in a residential facility and led a professional care staff of six. Motivated and guided other professionals, sharing best practices and maintaining knowledge of the needs and treatment plans of residents. Performed psychological assessments of residents and authored extensive behavior plans. Served as intermediary between head of department and other team members. Drove improvements in caseload management by implementing new ways to prepare reports that streamlined the treatment timeline.
