My PhD research project has focused on rethinking how we lead communities towards sustainability and action on climate change through multiple waves of emergent, arts-based research.

In this contract role I applied my extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement and report writing to the evaluation of the Victorian Tech Schools Initiative, contracted by the Department of Education to Deakin University.

The Strategy and Production team is responsible for designing and delivering state-wide campaigns to engage Victorians in pro-environmental behaviour change. In this role supported a team to deliver high profile, engaging state-wide education and behaviour change campaigns including multichannel advertising and PR approaches.

In this role I led a team of specialists in a way that fostered a collaborative culture. This included stakeholder engagement, critical decision making, presenting to managers, executive leaders and external departments and empowering a team to deliver high profile, engaging state-wide education and behaviour change campaigns.
