Growing up, I tried many different sports and activities: soccer, tennis, archery, swimming, basketball, dance, voice, acting, pottery, painting, and the list goes on... I wanted to try them all. As a result, I know that I enjoy new challenges and learning experiences.Similarly, in my academic and professional life, I have various experiences that have shaped my career. I have two multidisciplinary degrees, and I have worked in many industries including tourism, student services, food & beverage, advertising, retail, oil & gas, healthcare, and public service. My best self comes out at work when I am thinking critically to find solutions for people, their teams, and their organizations. I am fascinated by the employee-employer relationship, and by how people can progress personally throughout their careers. Therefore, human resources, organization development, and employee experience are where I choose to make my mark.
