Charge On, LLC is a project developer and installer in the electric vehicle industry. We specialize in electric vehicle charging station projects from concept to hand off to the project owner. Our team has been engaged in the renewable and EV space since 2007 and are experts at contract scoping, project development, subcontractor and site management, site survey, engineering, zoning and permits, underground conduit install, electrical install, and utility coordination and approvals.

I managed the commercial operations division at Tesla including upwards communication to executives and managing a team of 50 project and construction managers. My team built everything from small commercial projects on small businesses to 15+ Megawatt solar farms.

I directly project managed 2 MW and larger solar projects during this time, including the 8.5 MW Genetech project in Vacaville, CA.

Direct research and development on commercial products that are deployed on projects. Manage in house product development with zep solar including non penetrating, ground, and carport racking systems. Identify existing market products and evaluate for cost reduction on projects. Also responsible for national partnerships with racking vendors, assisting sales with pricing, Walmart program management, and dsa project assistance.

Manage design, permitting, construction and closeout of 250-1000 kW PV projects. Project types: DSA school projects, government projects, commercial projects. Am charged with reviewing project budgets and schedules for viability.Manage contract negotiations during the sales process.Assist sales team in pricing projects, conduct post mortem cost analyses on projects.Develop new methods and techniques for installing projects faster and more safely.

Directly in charge of 250-3400 kW projects. Ran all subcontractors. Managed Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Labor for the project.

Ran a residential installation crew of 2 other installers. Installed up to 40 kW per month around the Bay Area. Performed high quality installations with satisfied customers, including roofing and system interconnection to the grid.

Owned and operated Magnet Lounge, a cocktail bar in North Beach in San Francisco.
