-Work with suppliers (including training) involved in setting up process controls, data collection, failure analysis, corrective action and reporting (in every phase of manufacturing) for early detection and correction, continual improvement.- Evaluate suppliers processes and process controls to ensure product quality and reliability is built-into the product.- Interface with suppliers in resolving complex manufacturing process, quality and reliability issues, utilizing DOE and statistical approach. Provide technical and systems support related to both quality systems and technical product related issues- Work with cross-functional teams developing new products ensuring completeness of specifications & product performance requirements - Develop robust processes for FA on customer returns in order to Synthesize Voice of Customer into both process changes and product development cycles to impact current and future products.- Publish reports on supplier performance based on production line statistics, system level data in the factory & field and plans on addressing any issues.
