Most folks have heard the phrase "building the plane while flying it", and I've always thought that was pretty dangerous. My involvement in several organizations during the building-while-flying stage has taught me a keen sense of how to sort through the chaos to make it to the other side. I've been in the cargo hold sorting through luggage, the mechanic collecting loose engine parts and the flight attendant directing the person who got on the plane late to their seat.I am results-driven with experience in complex operations and business strategy. I foster relationships and systems between teams to forward the goals of a company and find value in every role. I’m a detail oriented, meticulous note taker and rely heavily on a well managed calendar. My background is in ecommerce, logistics, procurement (domestic/overseas), production, budget/cost analysis, art and creative direction and project management. I work well on teams and thrive when leading creative teams.I highly value a life that isn’t focused on how often you can squeeze in some work during your vacation, instead I seek a life that fills us up so that when we show up for work, we perform meaningful work when the time comes.
