Manage a group of Administrative Staff (from 2 to 4) in the Marketing and Project Tracking department of this 45-50 employee structural engineering firm (www.nyase.com). Prepare and submit detailed Qualifications Packages and Proposals as requested by existing and potential Clients, with a high success/award rate. Manage the Project Status of hundreds of small to large projects, provide the owner with oversight of his own projects he was managing and assisting with Client follow-up in a timely manner. At the owner's request, manage specific Accounting (Invoices and Collections) and Contractual issues, to ensure timely processing. Manage Business Development and Networking Opportunities/Events for the firm, Cross-Trained our marketing staff so that all were knowledgeable in every aspect of the Marketing and Project Tracking department as well as in assisting the owner in his daily responsibilities of Projects and Clients, Manage/Process the owners Licensure and Industry Memberships, and Manage the very large amount of project and client data ensuring a current and accurate database.
