Brook brings 26 years of civil engineering experience on a wide range of public and private developments. Brook is motivated to find best fit strategic infrastructure solutions to projects at any scale. His portfolio of work encompasses over 450 projects across the United States, including leading the civil and site development for the award winning San Ysidro Land Port of Entry expansion and the implementation of rainwater harvesting and wastewater treatment and reuse on-site to achieve Net Zero Water and Stormwater on the busiest land port of entry in the World. He is currently leading a civil and structural design team on renewable energy projects across the country. He is proud of his work with his alma mater, the University of Portland, in their lower campus river front planning, their new Rec and Wellness Center, and in the upgraded Baseball Ballpark where he played during his days as a Pilot. Brook enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife, 5 children, and 2 grandchildren, and is active as a coach of youth sports.
