  I have worked my way up over the past 20 years. I started in the warehouse loading and unloading packages in September of 2003. Months later, I was chosen to be an International Clerk learning all of the documentation requirement for shipments going to other countries. In February of 2006, I was promoted to a supervisor position which is the position I am currently in . I have learned a wealth of knowledge and skills over the year as well as built many professional relationships within our organization and community. As the Mid-Day supervisor, I monitor multiple programs throughout the day to make sure service is made and the any discrepancies are resolved. I provide friendly and reliable customer service to external customers as well as the center employees which consists of approximately 60 drivers each day. I research pick-up and deliveries regarding any issues they may arise and update reports to reflect the information each day in a timely manner.
