With over 20 years of experience as an audiologist and head of employee engagement, I am passionate about improving the hearing health and quality of life of my patients and colleagues at Pacific Hearing Service. As a board certified audiologist with a doctorate in audiology, I have extensive knowledge and skills in amplification, tinnitus management, medical diagnostics, and auditory rehabilitation. I also lead the employee engagement initiatives at Pacific Hearing Service, fostering a positive and supportive work culture that aligns with our mission and values. I enjoy collaborating with a diverse and talented team of audiologists, audiology assistants, and administrative staff, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. My goal is to provide the best possible hearing care and customer service to our clients and communities, and to inspire our employees to do the same.
