Several years ago, I joined The Hero Company as a Customer Happiness representative, building relationships with our valued customers, assisting them with membership, and sometimes technical issues. Learning with the company from the ground up, was a great way to learn more about the business, our products, and our marketing techniques.In June 2017, I was promoted to affiliate manager. I now work closely with our affiliates to develop effective relationships and work together to promote and increase sales on both sides. I specialize in executing customized affiliate programs and profitable partnerships.

During my time at NWP, I was an account manager responsible for directly working with my clients to ensure their billings were processed correctly and in a timely manner. I provided followup and support to all departments on corporate, portfolio and property levels. At-risk clients were assigned to me and I provided proven results of client satisfaction and relationship turnaround.
