Brooke Bell is a Analyst at Ares Management Corporation. Colleagues describe her as "Brooke participated on the Spring CU Boulder Real Estate Case Competition team, an intensive extra-curricular program offered over the Spring semester 2022. The case competitions are intra-university academic competitions in which students come together in teams to analyze a real-world commercial real estate transaction, render a recommendation, and provide a board-level presentation of their analysis and proposal. The actual competition is the culmination of an intensive five-day analysis preparation by the students and a full day of presentations. The teams are judged by a panel of real estate professionals on their analysis, investment recommendations, approach to the problems, and presentation skills.
