Assisting Munjal Yagnik, acclaimed Director & Cinematographer, and Jack Beck, Undergraduate Program Director, teach their semesterly 6 credit course Production Processes, a mandatory class for film students studying Film Production.• Responsible for reserving and acquiring film gear for class time.• Enhancing students’ knowledge of lighting, camera, sound, and producing techniques.• Assisting all students with their 3 minute short film projects from the script to the filming to the edit.• Assisting all departments during the students’ sets which are shot in MAGIC Spells Studios’ 7000-square-foot Sound Stage. • Reserving rooms for class time.• Equipment knowledge as well as technical proficiency.• Troubleshooting and resolving any equipment issues the students encounter.
