I have worked at the Spencer Family YMCA since my junior year of high school and through college breaks as a Welcome Center Representative. In this role I have learned many customer service skills and have worked with computers. This entailed signing members up for things like memberships, programs, personal training, and swim lessons. I have also helped members learn to navigate our mobile app, input information into the system, made phone calls to members, and toured members through the facility.
