During my time at Campbelltown City Council, I have gained experience and a deep understanding of the roles and responsibilities associated with Environmental Health. I have developed a deep understanding of law enforcement agencies by conducting regular inspections, responding to consumer demands, and taking all required actions to protect public health and safety. I've attended and represented the Council at a number of official events, including community forums, Joint Regional Planning Panel sessions, and meetings with applicants/owners. The Council has provided me with chances to participate in training, such as the Food Authority Officer course and Noise Management course, in order to get a better understanding of environmental health concerns. I have cooperated with the NSW Food Authority on microbiological testing. I participated in collecting samples and testing a variety of ready-to-eat goods for salmonella contamination.
