With a passion for people, service, and the end game my aim is to create meaningful relationships. I work hard at building trust quickly with people and understand that we can't have enough business if we don't build great relationships. I am a democratic / transformational leader strongly driven by communication. My previous roles have focussed on all aspects of business operations, sales, finance and administration. Searching for a business I am able to cement myself in for longevity, actively contributing my own skills and experience whilst utilising my leadership ability in building strong teams that contribute and succeed in the present and future growth of a successful business.
