I am a person who thrives in an environment that allows me to learn the end to end processes. Understanding the entire processes allows me to realize the impact to upstream and downstream processes that recommendations may have. Simplified approaches are the key to making business processes and code manageable for years to come. Agile principals allow for teams to grow and improve. I have taken a real interest in problem solving and retrospectives. All of us can get stuck in a silo view of the day to day. Retrospectives help us learn from another perspective and focus on the entire team getting better together. Problem Solving sets aside dedicated time to review and improve processes that need attention. My 20 years of financial services experience inspired me to teach financial education to young people.
