I began my journey at Grayce in October of 2020 when I was hired as a part-time stylist. My passion and love for the company grew immensely, and I was eager to learn more. In February of 2021 I was promoted to Customer Experience Coordinator. In this position, I oversaw the booking and coordination of upgraded experiences, and ensured an excellent experience for all customers. In July of 2021 I was promoted to Social Media Coordinator, a full time position. Then in the spring of 2022 I was promoted to Assistant Store Manager. After just a couple months in this position, I got to accept the position of Store Manager (now called Business Development Leader). My journey at Grayce shows that when you see potential and believe in someone the outcome can be great. I am so grateful for this company and the opportunities it has provided me with.
