• Monthly Inventory and cost control, organization and payment of bills, balancing the checkbook, payroll, and invoicing weekly and monthly purchases• Ordering wine, liquor, mixes, beer, and Pepsi products • Interviewing, training, and weekly scheduling of employees• Responsible for designating tasks to be completed by several employees in different departments• Build relationships with staff members, customers, and sales representatives• Coordinating special events including athletic banquets, wedding receptions and rehearsals • Responsible for creating promotional and advertising materials, such as food and beverage menus• Responsible for scheduling building maintenance and delegating weekly cleaning projects• Facilitating staff meetings and orientation of new hires
