- Autonomous community role in Occupational Therapy, travelling to client homes in Moreton Bay region. - Experience across National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Enhanced Primary Care (EPC), Home Care Packages (HCP), and others. - Experience providing tailored therapy plans to various ages including input from three years old through to ninety years old.- Broad scope of practice with skills developed across home modifications, equipment prescription, paediatrics, and mental health.- Administration of various formal assessments including Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA), Allen Cognitive Level Screen (ACLS), Adaptive Behaviour Assessment System (ABAS), Care and Needs Scale (CANS), Physical Mobility Scale (PMS), and others.- Completion of timely documentation to provide both high quality reports and detailed (splose) treatment notes.- Use of technology to provide telehealth to clients requesting online therapy sessions.

- Clinic and community based role working across NDIS, HCP, EPC, DVA.- Occupational Therapy services alongside multidisciplinary team.- Cliniko based operating system for client bookings and progress notes.

- Ten-week placement in older persons and adult mental health ward.- Ten-week placement in community mental health.

- Ten-week placement across medical, surgical, intensive care, paediatric, and emergency wards.
