As an educator and curriculum strategist, working with districts worldwide to help them optimize professional learning and create engaged, empowered communities within their schools has been one of the great joys of my life. I founded Leadership Nibble as a platform for sharing the stories, laughs, and lessons learned along the way with a growing community of like-minded administrators and educators who, like me, care deeply about the future of education.

In this expanded team lead role, I managed 25 staff developers and spearheaded significant programming enhancements; including maturing conference programming, setting the strategic agenda for our summer institutes, and elevating training and mentorship for our staff developers.
