I conceptualize creative assignments using the pencil-to-paper method in my own handmade sketchbooks, design and present project comps to clients in person or electronically. I purchase project materials, prepare files for production, schedule print and bindery services, and am solely responsible for quality control and project budget. On a daily basis, I make dozens of decisions and resolve issues in a quick and reasonable time frame.Through the years I have designed dozens of product and corporate identities, packaging for various products and services, environmental graphics, horizontal and vertical banners and customized website templates based on brand standards. I have also taken thousands of pictures and hours of video for business use in promotional materials and electronic media.I designed and maintain three blog sites and one Facebook business page with my graphic design skills, creative writing and digital photography. I constantly research and update a list of fabulous and reliable vendors; and thoroughly enjoy reading magazines, books and blogs to keep up on the design movement, hardware and software trends, and industry news.

I managed a quick-turn in box; organized projects in order of priority to meet various delivery dates; engineered and quoted print projects. I was also responsible for ordering paper, steel dies, envelope converting and bindery services. I made it a priority to tour each vendor shop to understand their product and service. I participated in reaching monthly sales goals and ultimately developed new print and design clients.
