Hello! I am a recent Environmental Science Graduate with 4 years experience in the lab and field through various courses and participation in Hood College’s Coastal Studies semester. Seeking to further my career in environmental science and academia, and explore various positions in research, data, lab and field work.I enjoy doing anything I can to help protect and understand Earth; from a summer job in my college’s coastal department, to the coastal program of Fall Semester 2021, I have done field and lab work and continue to do so now. Whether it be collecting macroinvertebrates in a river or looking through a microscope and conducting statistical research in Excel, I thrive in anything concerning our environment. I hope to continue researching and expanding my knowledge, as well as others, on the planet and its ecosystems.My special interests are ecology and conservation, as well as animal physiology, statistics, ornithology, climate change, and professional writing.
