At Stoett I had a few years jam-packed with training in sales and marketing. I worked closely with my marketing consultant for three years on both of our companies' marketing strategies. The experience he brought to the table sharpened my existing business and creative skills quickly. Stoett had three companies that sold through three different channels: direct to consumer, OEM's, and through a dealer network across the United States. Managed the pool maintenance department that cleaned and administered chemicals to a clientele of 50+ pool owners in NW Ohio. After a year of taking over the maintenance program, the amount of clients doubled and the department became one of the most profitable in the company for the next two years after my departure.
