I graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2021, where I developed a keen interest in mental health and well-being. Since then, I have been working as a Disability Case Manager at Manulife, where I support plan members through illness, recovery and return to work by providing them with disability benefits and proactive case management focused on return to work.In my current role, I use my interpersonal skills, communication skills, and empathy to build rapport and trust with plan members, employers, and health care providers, and to facilitate effective and timely interventions and solutions. I am passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and achieve their goals, and I am always eager to learn new ways to improve my practice and enhance the quality of service I deliver.
