My career background and drive is built upon a professional and academic background centered on understanding human culture, individual human choices, and play-centered facilitation and coaching. My Masters of Education in Educational Leadership and PhD in Anthropology both focused on leadership and research with empathy, compassion, and play. Supplementing my academic credentials is decades of experience in the social science of play, cognitive coaching, education, group facilitation, online content creation, and social media. Based upon years of research on how the human brain learns and thrives, I’ve developed signature corporate training and group facilitations that can be adapted to any group. I cater to a company’s intent and directional needs to create powerful signature workshops, group facilitation, and executive coaching. I am the preferred group facilitator for corporate retreats at Ancient Lore Village (www.ancientlorevillage.com). Working with companies like MAE Group I work heavily with the CEO in crafting the strategic vision of bringing MAE Group’s vision of bringing life saving devices to global markets through team development, graphic design, brand storytelling, content creation and social media. I am guided by a spirit to make a difference with my unique skill set and background in any setting. Through connection, compassion, play, and empathy, I believe play and story telling in coaching, workshops, and social media can be a means to create an altruistic society, implement positive social change, and increase human agency and individual freedom globally.
